Amazing UFO spotted in Chicago!

Sometimes there are some epically cool cars on the road. Things like Ariel Atoms, Pagani's and a plethora of GTR's. Then there are things like this.

Spotted in my hometown of Chicago this weekend by Matt from Chicagoland Petrolheads and Car Spotters, this epic one of a kind vehicle is the kind of thing I love to see. You can't explain it. You can't identify it. You just sit back, laugh hysterically, take a few photos, and chase down the guy driving it just to chat about life, because this dude is definitely living it.

I have no idea what underpins this, what powers this (I'm guessing anal probes), or how the hell this is street legal. I've tried searching it up and have come up with nothing, (I smell a government cover-up).

Anyone here know anything about it? I'd love to know.

Here it is on Keystone Ave in Indianapolis. This brake shop is around the corner from my house and usually has several George Barris style hotrods out front. I'm guessing old school VW power FWIW

I used to pass by there several times a day when I delivered parts for TBA and Oil. They definitely have a parade of weird cars there.

Yep, he came cruising down Talbot and parked at the loading dock at the Indy Star. I was out taking a smoke break and saw this. Figured someone had switched my regular smokes for something a bit more interesting.
